醉男揮掃把柄阻救護　判3月可易科

【孫友廉／新北報導】邱姓冷氣安裝工人今年1月6日凌晨近2時許，酒醉在新北市板橋區新生街揮舞掃把柄，剛好新北市消防局前來救護另名不慎跌倒手部骨折的88歲老翁，邱男竟對楊、黃兩名救護員咆哮：「我沒有叫警察，你們趕快離開！」還持掃把柄衝向救護車敲擊車門、後照鏡，造成救護車刮傷。
 
楊、黃跑回車內報警逮人，邱男到案後認罪，新北地院認為邱男雖未觸犯《消防法》毀損消防設備罪，但已構成《刑法》妨害公務、損壞公務員掌管物品等罪，判他3月徒刑，可用9萬元易科罰金；全案尚可上訴。
