蘇力颱風來襲　刮陣風防颱

【張先華／台中報導】蘇力颱風來襲前夕，台中市下午下起陣雨及刮強烈陣風，許多民眾紛紛急於穿上雨衣避雨，雨衣被強風吹得到處亂飛，建築工地人員固定圍牆，大型廣告看版廣告業者派員將廣告物固定進行防颱準備工作。
