如果那隻菜蟲有被感染到細菌的話，吃下去可能會使身體受到影響。
但如果將它吃過的部分洗乾淨，不想吃的話就摘除，就不會使身體受大很大的傷害。
可是蟲子吃過的菜大多都是有機的，吃了會比較健康且安全有保障。
而那把青菜上沒有坑坑洞洞，就代表說有可能有殘餘農藥，現在很少有種菜的沒有灑任何一滴農藥，要有坑坑洞洞代表說這把蔬菜可能是沒有農藥，就是沒有農藥殘餘的蔬菜，可能沒有跟沒有機率還差很多，吃到很多農藥殘留在肚子裡，不但排不完還會堆積在體內，
