台灣大哥大想解約

我跟台灣大哥大的合約到2014年3月底到期,
每個月要繳月租費+上網要1400左右,
but我已經調來大陸工作了,所以我好想解約阿.

之前聽說可以攜碼到它家電信,有的會願意代為支付違約金,
(我只要降低月租費,保持原號碼,其他都不要)

請問現在還有嗎? 大家有推薦的嗎? (最好是台中的)
