標題[問題] 告知懷孕=暗示要離職嗎?

我本身有不孕症人工受孕之類搞了半天後終於有了但一開始不太穩有時候會流血又要一天到晚加班前幾天有個活動要員工配合假日去站整天宣傳我跟老闆娘說我好像疑似有身孕這階段可能不太適合整天站他說出許多非常體諒的話但是昨天就有人來問我說為什麼老闆在徵我這個位置的人 (我這位置只有我一個已經做三年了) 然後公司同事也不知道為什麼不太理我了懷孕在職場像是得癌症嗎?告知懷孕的我還沒要離職的計畫啊為什麼直接就開始找人了? 最後想問,那老闆叫我離職的時候會給我離職補貼嗎?還是要自願離職? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.250.201.76
