聯國祕書長：沙國未正式拒任

法新社報導，聯合國祕書長潘基文18日說，沙烏地阿拉伯尚未正式通知聯合國將拒絕出任安理會非常任理事國。潘基文告訴記者，關於如何以其他國家取代沙國，要由聯合國會員國決定，但他說：「我想提醒你們，我尚未接獲沙國政府的正式通知。」
