HTC New one 手機問題

新一目前買來3個月了

不過卻在1個月前開始出現問題...

以下為皆有電的情形之下，而且大於70%

首先是新一開機時，他有時會在開機動畫(HTC+白底)，接下來就直接關機..
但還是可以開機，不過靠運氣就是了..

三禮拜前甚至，沒插充電器就開不了機

上上禮拜則是，有電也直接關機，再開機時電量亂跳..(它自動關機後開機電量從1X%變成6X%或者XX%變成X%)

我已經準備送修，不過還是想問，我這台新一機他的問題到底是出在哪?
