摳坐墊孔洞偷摸女子屁股　花16800元和解

【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市39歲張姓男子，在友人開設的檳榔攤內飲酒，喝到半茫時，看到被害女子在店內幫人剪頭髮，張男一時酒意興起，竟用手指從椅子坐墊孔洞下方，往上摳被害人臀部，女子收到驚嚇，立即跳起來質問張男「你在幹什麼！」，張男則否認摸她臀部，由於證人指證歷歷，檢方依性騷擾防治法罪嫌起訴，但張男與女子協調，最後賠償16800元後取得諒解並撤回告訴收場。
