2014慶熙冬季班 簽證問題

各位版大好^^
我想請問關於簽證的問題

我和朋友要報今年慶熙的冬季班
也就是12/10(分班考試)-2/25(課程結束)需要在韓國
以90天免簽來說,我們頂多能待12/1-2/28
但我們想早一點到韓國找租屋和晚一點離開
希望能待11/15-3/1，但這樣就超過90天

試問：我們能先在台申請C3，然後在韓國申請延簽嗎？
　　　如果可以，需準備哪些資料？ 要先辦外國人登入證再延簽嗎？
（曾看過一篇文章寫C3能延簽，但他們不一定會給你延這個久，我們是想先以C3在11/15入境，然後在90天到期前一個禮拜也就是2月初去辦延簽，但就是怕他不給延這麼久，造成書還沒讀完，就要先出境再入境的窘境XD）

題外話因學期剛好碰到韓國農曆年，學校會放假嗎？還是照常上課？
