鼎盛BHW續助攻 興富發7月營收大增75%

興富發第3季營運進入今年高峰期，在台中總銷高達100.46億元的「鼎盛BHW」，在6月啟動交屋入帳下，帶動單月營收衝上70.59億元創歷史次高紀錄，7月在該案持續挹注下，單月營收仍高達53.81億元，較去年同期大增75.6%，也帶動公司前7月營收衝上163.9億元。

興富發上半年營收達110.1億元、年減42.51%，法人表示，由於「鼎盛BHW」在6月貢獻下，可望推升上半年獲利，以該案淨利率超過三成來看，推估公司上半年稅後純益超過28億元，每股稅後純益有機會挑戰5元，有望登上上半年營建股營收、獲利王寶座。興富發今日收在69.7元，上漲1.1元。
