中國歐盟商會：外企遭陸官方不公平對待

中國歐盟商會日前對大陸官方近期一系列反壟斷調查表示關注，並表示大陸以不公平的強硬手段對待外國公司。

中國歐盟商會13日發出聲明，指出有效實行反壟斷法雖然能幫助大陸建立一個健康的市場經濟，但調查不能預先判斷結果，受到調查的公司應該得到完全的辯護權利。

BBC中文網報導，聲明還提及，中國歐盟商會從數個行業中得到大量令人警覺的傳聞，說大陸當局使用行政恐嚇的手段，逼迫公司在沒有完整聽證的情況下接受處罰。

大陸官方的行政手段包括通知被調查的公司不要有挑戰行為，不要派律師去聽證會，不要讓被調查公司所在國的政府和商會捲入，並說這樣做「不是最好的辦法」。
