巴西檢方13日指控能源、礦業大亨巴奇斯塔涉及操縱市場和內線交易，檢方正試圖凍結他大約6億3500萬美元的資產。巴奇斯塔否認，控訴檢方毫無證據。2012年他以約300億美元身價，成為巴西首富。
