鳳凰要觸地了　台中以南花東澎當心

鳳凰颱風持續逼近南台灣，根據最新預報資料顯示，今天16時颱風中心位置在鵝鑾鼻南南西方220公里海面上，以時速16轉20公里速度向北移動，暴風圈即將接觸台灣陸地，目前陸上警戒區域仍維持台中以南、花東地區及澎湖，提醒民眾要開始嚴防強風豪雨威脅。
 
氣象局也發布最新風雨預測，預估總雨量最多的地方仍為花東、屏東山區的500到700毫米，其次是高雄山區的300到600毫米，宜蘭、竹苗、台中、南投山區也可能有300到500毫米的雨量。
 
中央大學大氣系兼任副教授吳德榮提醒，颱風暴風圈今晚接觸陸地之後，颱風路徑可能會開始受到地形影響，出現不規則的晃動，雖然大方向仍為向北移動，但颱風中心實際登陸地點是高屏地區或東南部地區仍無法確定，南台灣及台東地區的民眾都不可以掉以輕心。（張勵德／台北報導）
