數百名土耳其境內的庫德族戰士日前抵達敘利亞的庫德族城鎮艾恩阿拉伯，與當地的庫德族民兵一起對抗伊斯蘭國。艾恩阿拉伯是個島嶼，又稱科巴尼，因為伊斯蘭國戰士三面包圍，對外交通大部分不通。
