標題[請問] 關於申辦ktv會員卡消費糾紛

前幾天在KTV辦了張VIP會員卡該KTV在店內牆壁寫:1.申辦VIP卡可獲得200元折價卷一張 2.消費包廂即可累積點數我花了200元辦了張VIP卡，要消費時店員說:那張200元抵用卷要在晚上8點後使用才划算因為白天都是屬於優惠時段，所以不適用。當天就沒有使用該抵用卷，消費結帳時想說至少可以累積點數，結果店員說: 那張VIP累積點數只能在晚上時段使用。問題我根本不會在晚上去唱KTV，所以那張等於白辦的問題:會員卡上並無寫到任何關於集點的限制，折價卷上也沒有任何時段限制。跟店員說可不可以退卡，他說不行。想請問大家，這是合法的嗎?我有權利要求他退錢嗎? 先謝謝大家耐心看完我的問題~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.242.73.215 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1411298240.A.9DC.html ※ 編輯: jaychou1129 (111.242.73.215), 09/21/2014 19:18:21
