noritz熱水器GQ-1350FE故障代碼16

請教一下專家

家裡的熱水器打開水龍頭後,會有熱水器跳掉,出現故障代碼16的情況

之前請過維修人員檢查，因為主臥室離熱水器最遠，說是水壓不足，調了出水量到99之後使用上都算正常

前兩天因為主臥浴室水龍頭漏水，更換了新品之後蓮蓬頭變大了，可感覺上出水量沒有比較大

但是不知道是不是這個原因導致又開始出現熱水器跳到的情況(會使用水龍頭調整水溫)

這種情況有辦法改善嗎

另外，就在熱水器旁邊的廚房水龍頭，將溫度調到48，水龍頭開至中間調水溫，也會有跳掉的情況(故障碼16)
