請問各位大大
我上網買一隻手機
東西是貨到付款
但拿到東西後裡面的手機不是我訂的那隻
我跟他要求換貨
他也說是公司發貨員調換手機會幫我馬上寄出我訂的那隻
然後到現在已經快要一個月了
中間一直說兩天會到兩天會到
到現在還是兩天會到
我之後說要退貨.他也說ok
然後也沒有跟我講要怎麼退款
請問該怎麼辦
