德國最低薪資上路　歐盟多成員國反對

波蘭經濟部長別霍欽斯基表示，包括波蘭在內的多個歐盟成員國，認為德國最低工資法侵犯統一市場規則，德國旨在保護國內就業，但此舉將適得其反，使用德國海港的進出口商將因運輸成本上升而棄用其港口。　　

德國自今年1月1日起實施新的最低工資法，規定最低時薪8.5歐元（約台幣330元）。該法適用於外國公司雇員，包括過境德國的貨運司機。　　

除波蘭外，斯洛伐克、捷克、匈牙利、羅馬尼亞、保加利亞、斯洛維尼亞、克羅埃西亞、立陶宛、愛沙尼亞、葡萄牙、西班牙和愛爾蘭等歐盟成員國反對該法。波德兩國勞動和交通部長將於本月29、30日商討此事。但該法獲得了波蘭工會組織的支援。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
