台北市長柯文哲的懷錶失言風波餘波盪漾，外界一片撻伐。

也收過英國交通部長克拉瑪(Baroness Kramer)贈送的懷錶，台鐵局長周永暉在臉書分享照片，說他去年參加第二屆台英軌道論壇，會後獲贈鐵路人最高敬意的懷錶，一直到現在還留作紀念。周永暉並推崇克拉瑪，是一名認真且專業的官員。

對於英國、日本這些擁有百年鐵道文化的國家而言，懷錶是一種守時的象徵，早期無論司機員、列車長，身上都會配戴懷錶，提醒準點，直至今日仍保有這樣的傳統。懷錶在他們眼中代表榮譽，而不是柯文哲口中的「破銅爛鐵」。（王嘉慶／綜合報導）
