面對上一場才擊敗聯盟龍頭的公牛隊，湖人隊展現過人韌性，鏖戰到延長賽上演逆轉秀，終場123：118擊敗公牛隊，終止9連敗。

林書豪上場27分鐘攻下11分、5助攻，但自從第4節之後就沒有再上場，整整被冰了兩節延長賽。湖人以希爾攻下26分、12籃板表現最佳，射手艾林頓也攻下23分，另外頂替林書豪先發的克拉克森上場43分鐘，攻下18分、4助攻。
