經院檢馬拉松討論南市議長李全教收押

國民黨籍台南市議長李全教涉嫌賄選案，經台南地檢署連日蒐證，掌握賄選金流具體事證，昨一早向法院聲押李全教等四人，台南地院合議庭昨晚到今天凌晨經過六個多小時馬拉松式的審理，李全教羈押獲准。

另外被南檢聲押的三人分別是民進黨台南市黨部評議委員會召集人蔡啟新、前南縣議員楊明達、李的好友林聰彬。檢調表示，三人涉嫌充當白手套，居間幫李全教買票，三人則收押。。
