會計─IFRS透過損益按公允價值衡量之金融資產

版大您好：

 GAAP的交易目的金融資產 = IFRS的透過損益按公允價值衡量之金融資產

 這兩個東西是一樣的，只是名稱上進行了修改。

 交易目的不也是透過每年年底的「市價」進行評價嗎？

 只是現在不稱「市價」了，現在把市價這個名詞改為「公允價值」

 因此，交易目的的名稱才被改成了「透過損益按公允價值衡量之金融資產」
