我有身心障礙手冊 我.............

高職綜合職能科~~  ~就讀資格(就學安置)~~
 主要為安置
 智能障礙輕ˋ度、中度~~~之身心障礙，及自閉症、情緒障礙~~學生

.年齡滿 18 足歲以下  國民中學畢業或具同等學力之學生，領有身心障礙手冊或經縣、市鑑輔會
鑑定確為輕、中度智能障礙者。自閉症學生及情緒行為障礙學
生需先經該類組鑑輔會評估智力為臨界並適合就讀高職綜合職能科者。 

 其他【視覺】【聽覺】【肢體】【自閉症】、【腦性麻痺】【學習障礙】
【情緒行為障礙】~~~~~~~~另有就學安 置
 

就學安置~~~每年約3月底前報名~~~5月底前放榜(公告及通安置結果)
