充電時都是關機充電
早上起來看到手機的時候都是已經充滿的狀態
但是開機之後電量卻不是100%
會掉到98或97
請問這是什麼問題
要怎麼改善?

請問要怎麼辦?
有可能是手機裡面的程式影響嗎?
