洪家律師無法調卷 家屬怨

洪仲丘案進入審判，但是軍方調查速度及辦案過程，仍令家屬不滿，就連洪家律師想要調閱偵查卷宗也被拖拖拉拉，前國防部長楊念祖曾經承諾過，讓律師團能夠調閱調查卷宗，如今律師團一再碰壁，令家屬感到不滿。

洪慈庸表示，542旅涉案人至今仍優游自在在外生活，洪家律師團將在明天(周一)提出抗告。
