箱屍案 投檢：沒人性求無期

震驚社會的南投縣埔里箱屍案今天上午起訴，29歲男子李明哲一廂情願認為與王姓女子交往，卻因得知女方另有男友起妒心，憤而殺害王母裝箱藏屍，南投地檢署今天依殺人等罪起訴並求處無期徒刑。

檢警調查，李明哲與王女認識多年，自認為自己與王女處於曖昧關係，但王女從未與他交往過。今年6月間他從王女母親口中得知，王女曾有男友並帶到家中，認為感情遭到欺騙起殺機。

他先潛入王母家中以生魚片刀刺殺被害人20多刀致死，還溺斃家中3 隻小狗，與遺體一同裝進預購的行李箱內，離開時還冷靜清洗家中血跡，並偷走手機等財物。

他再購買另一個行李箱預謀殺害王女，並南下高雄打電話要脅指王母在他手上，恐嚇王女要和他發生性關係，意圖對王女不利。

王女在家人勸說下選擇不理會李明哲，李見無計可施傳簡訊給王女「看來你反悔了」「那我直接去警察局」轉而向高雄警方投案。

檢方認為，李明哲泯滅人性，犯下殺人、預備殺人和竊盜罪，但因他自首，故求處無期徒刑。
