央視新聞報導，陝西「表哥」楊達才受審時面帶微笑。陝西省西安市中級人民法院今天9時整開庭審理楊達才受賄、巨額財產來源不明案。楊被訴受賄25萬元人民幣，504 萬元存款來源不明。楊達才當庭表示，對檢方公訴內容沒有意見。

原任陝西省安全生產監督管理局局長、黨組書記。去年8月26日，楊達才在延安交通事故現場，因面含微笑被人拍照上網，引發爭議並被網友指出楊達才有多塊名表。

隨後，楊達才又被曝出擁有價值十萬多元的眼鏡和名貴腰帶，再次引發熱議。2012年09月21日，陝西省研究決定：撤銷楊達才陝西省第十二屆紀委委員、省安監局黨組書記、局長職務；2013 年8月30日，西安中級人民法院在3號法庭公開開庭審理被告人楊達才受賄、巨額財產來源不明一案。
