美聯社報導，一名美國大使館官員和其他消息來源30日說，南美洲國家蘇利南共和國總統之子狄諾．鮑特斯29日在持外交護照旅遊期間被捕，他被控毒品及武器罪名，包括走私古柯鹼。鮑特斯被捕的地點顯然是巴拿馬，如所有罪名成立，可能面臨無期徒刑。
