【快訊】王金平下午將遞狀捨棄抗告權

【劉志原／台北報導】立法院長王金平向台北地院聲請假處分及緊急處置，上周法院裁准假處分讓王保有黨權，但駁回緊急處置聲請，國民黨不服，昨天提起抗告。

王金平方面依法也有十天抗告期，但他認為國民黨抗告結果很難翻盤，希望假處分案盡快確定，預定今天下午委任律師許英傑前往台北地院，具狀表明捨棄緊急處置部分抗告權，並將立刻轉往高院遞狀聲請公開抽籤分案。
