治標的方法大概就是分房睡 如果堅持同房的話，可能就是耳塞了吧 就我而言，3M耳塞就很好用了，又便宜 雖然一開始戴起來有點不習慣，可以久了之後，不戴反而睡不著XD！ 如果戴3M耳塞會感覺悶悶的，也可以考慮用一種「透氣式耳塞」 不過這個單價就比較高了，要幾百塊(替換的套子只要幾十塊啦) 可以自己去網路搜尋，如果好睡，這種錢值得啦！ 至於什麼耳罩的..個人不太相信有人可以戴這種東西睡覺... 不過，耳塞的隔音效果有限，我也有碰過那種超強的打呼魔王(又大聲又不規則) 耳塞也是擋不住... 那治本的話，個人建議打呼還是要治療 這不僅僅是影響伴侶睡眠的問題 打呼很容易造成呼吸中斷症，接下來就是整天精神不好 (很多上班打瞌睡的，打呼聲都很大) 然後高血壓等等的疾病都會出來.. 其實治療的方式也很多，網路上搜尋一下 真的不要以為打呼是小毛病 -- _______ │ x77 │ │ ●●│ │ > │ \_=◎_/ ：為什麼這麼年輕的孩子會有肛如此嚴苛的稱號！？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.167.109.38
