請問是哪位官方人員承諾呢

其實我並不知道究竟是誰承諾了誰

樓上有人放圖了  就算荷花魚 特種兵魚 銷量不佳  也不需要 因為這樣就忘了開水自己說過的 弄特效吧 . . .
如果真的不想弄特效 就不應該有那篇文章才對 . . .  我只想快點看到 特效 開水自己說過的 等1個多月了
希望開水他們別自打嘴巴 . . .
