各位好，前陣子老婆牽車(VOLVO S60)回原廠做保養時，服務廠人員見到車子充滿小刮痕，就順口告知可以在隔年做免費的烤漆。乍聽下，原以為是常見的出險換烤漆，我老婆就回說我們已討論過，不打算做任何的出險，然而，車廠人員卻說，完全不用出險？請問，有這回事嗎？那這不就是保險公司把回扣用烤漆的型式退給車廠？如果真有此事，是否代表隔年直接找保險公司，可以退更多錢？ ps.車子第一年的車體險為乙式，是透過車廠業代，他有退傭金給我們，保費比產險業務員　報給我的還便宜一點點... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.34.118.139
