excel 2003 如何一次挑出特定的資料

如題

手邊有一份6萬筆的資料
和300個客戶指定挑出的號碼

檔案裡需要挑出的號碼都在同一欄，號碼最長只有5碼

例如：指定挑出 71926 這個號碼

(挑選只看前3碼，後2碼都是亂數)

719開頭的號碼可能有很多筆，也可能只有1筆

但主要目的就是要把開頭是719的號碼全部挑出來
然後將這些挑出來的號碼存在新的EXCEL檔案裡

想請教該如何使用EXCEL來一次挑出這300個客戶指定的號碼呢?
