反長照血汗遊行 近千人風雨上街

台灣移工聯盟和中華民國家庭照顧者協會今天下午號召近千名在台外勞和本土團體風雨中上街，爭取將外籍看護和本國家庭照顧者納入長照體系。他們頭戴抗議布條，身穿「血衣」、臉畫「血淚」，象徵不眠不休的「血汗」情境，從衛福部遊行到凱達格蘭大道。

移工團體高喊「反血汗、要長照」，印尼和越南移工出發前也演出在台工作的實況，雖是看護，但不僅要照顧阿公，還要擦地、洗衣，根本是幫傭；家總也高喊「長照delay、流血流淚」，還說「家人血汗、老人完蛋」。

他們訴求，要求衛福部整併長照雙法 (長照服務法和長照保險法)，將外籍看護和本國家庭照顧者納入長照體系，提供照顧者喘息服務，並以派任居家服務員、建立社區日照中心方式，減輕家庭照顧者負擔，同時由機構聘雇外勞取代家庭自行聘任，讓外勞不用全天候待命工作。
