歐巴馬：關切俄軍在烏克蘭行動

據報俄羅斯軍隊在烏克蘭境內行動，美國總統歐巴馬今天對此表示嚴重關切，並警告此舉的後果。

歐巴馬說，侵害烏克蘭主權和領土完整的行動會使情勢嚴重不穩定，美國將與國際社會一道，申明軍事介入烏克蘭需付出代價。
