潤泰新去年EPS 29.03元

潤泰新總經理李志宏表示，金管會認為潤泰新因新協議，對列Concord Greater China(CGC，高鑫零售)的董事提名權及策略性的財務與營運決策的否決權應該在去年12月31日起喪失，去年8月14日至12月31日前未行使董事提名權及否決權並不代表未具控制權，因此潤泰新應該把投資收益認列在第4季，而非第3季。

潤泰新在對CGC的投資收益認列下，推升去年全年稅後純益為306億元，每股稅後純益為2.03元，而歸屬於潤泰新之業主權益約462億元，每股淨值達38.95元。

李志宏指出，潤泰新去年財報重新依公允價值認列的投資收益為257億元，每股稅後純益約24.35元，每股淨值約21.61元，這部分的盈餘收益將反映在每股淨值提升上，不做為盈餘分配；若不含投資收益部分，去年潤泰新的每股稅後純益為4.68元、每股淨值為17.34元。
