亞馬遜漲價 顧客滿意度大降

美國網購巨擘亞馬遜公司（Amazon）上周大幅調漲可享免運費兩天到貨保證的Prime會員年費，由79美元漲至99美元，結果遭遇比預期強大的反彈。

根據專門從事品牌認同和顧客忠誠度研究的Brand Keys公司調查，顧客對亞馬遜的滿意度遽降至83，遠低於會員年費漲價前的93。

自Brand Keys 16年前開始進行該調查以來，亞馬遜的排名一直高居第一，但現在落居第三，排在eBay和Overstock.com之後。

Brand Keys創辦人派西柯夫說：「根據Prime會員的立即反應，亞馬遜也許低估了負面效應。消費者期待不斷升高，線上零售的顧客普遍有『你最近為我做了什麼？』的想法。調漲價格不是Prime會員期待的事。」
