丟臉丟到國外！台灣因未列入狂犬病疫區，貓犬的輸出頗受鄰近亞洲國家的歡迎；未料今年2月輸出到日本的一隻紅貴賓在機場檢疫時，植入犬體的晶片（通常需植入犬體6月以上才能輸出）竟掉了出來，經日本通報台灣後，防檢局新竹分局報請桃園地檢署檢察官李佳穎指揮偵辦後，追查出位於中壢市的環東動物醫院負責人范姜（女，35歲）竟勾結何姓獸醫（60歲）涉嫌以已離職的黃姓獸醫名義偽造「輸出犬貓免疫証明書」、「狂犬病血清証明書」等，再將貓犬輸出至新加坡、菲律賓和日本等地，范姜和何已依涉嫌偽造書等罪嫌諭令20萬元及1萬元交保，另擴大追查幕後金錢交易。（張沛森／桃園報導）
