台北市議會今天經由朝野協商確認，台北市長郝龍斌本會期將前往議會進行兩次專案報告，其中4月21日將舉辦「北市容積移轉制度檢討、聯合開發案現況與未來探討」專案報告，討論容積銀行與美河市、雙子星聯開案事項。

4月28日將舉辦「群眾事件與集會遊行檢討」，討論反服貿事件中警力是否運用得當。

此外，台北機場與松山機場開發案，則以書面形式，向議會提出專案報告。
