因為經常加班又不定時用餐，
導致肥胖，我一直覺得是年齡因素(32)
過去都覺得這是一般女性都會經歷的過程
我看過中醫和西醫
但是醫師都說我體質很難瘦下來
我朋友都說我骨架大
可是我真的非常想瘦身
我不想再被老公嫌胖了
每天擔心老公外遇真的很辛苦
我上網找到一個部落格
我看到她瘦身成功維持3年半了
我覺得減重效果這麼好
人很又老實
所以我決定跟他一起減肥
我3個月就瘦了8公斤
現在還在持續當中
我非常有信心可以回到年輕時候身材
當我從68公斤降到59公斤的時候
心情是非常興奮的
