45歲以上大叔　有錢租不到房

租屋市場竟然有年齡歧視。

今日出版的《中國時報》報導，崔媽媽基金會統計發現，有超過9成的房東不願把房子租給老人，今年更有房東把房客條件，設定在45歲以下。崔媽媽基金會表示，因為有房東認為，45歲以上的單身男子都出社會那麼久了，卻無房未婚，恐怕「大有問題」。甚至有房東直言「怕他們對其他房客管東管西」。
