4G專利戰怎麼打？ 國研院推專利資料庫

為了協助國內手機、通訊廠商打4G專利戰，國研院推出4G「標準必要專利資料庫」，除分析全球標準必要專利的發展情況，也分析重要的資通訊專利訴訟案件，並中文化，讓廠商可以快速掌握全球專利戰的最新戰場，趁早佈局重點專利。

國研院表示，該資料庫目前已有3200篇4G關鍵專利資料，預計今年會再有3000篇，廠商可上智財局的「智慧財產權e網通」https://tiponet.tipo.gov.tw/TipoMenu，下載分析資料，或下載原始資料自行分析「戰況」，以搶得先機。
