歐元區零成長　分析師嘆QE仍遠

歐元區第2季經濟意外零成長，比市場預估的小幅成長0.1%更慘，歐元區2大國德法上季經濟表現均較預期慘，其中扮演歐洲經濟火車頭的德國1年來首見衰退，且是5年多來首次表現不如「歐豬五國」之一西班牙。
 
歐盟統計局昨公布，至6月底的上季國內生產毛額（GDP）與第1季持平，表現創5季來最差，不如市場預估的微幅成長0.1%。復甦停滯、消費物價增幅不及歐洲央行（歐銀）目標的1/4，加上俄羅斯與烏克蘭對峙情勢升高帶來的經濟風險，凸顯歐洲當局面臨嚴峻挑戰。
 
AvaTrade首席市場分析師艾斯蘭說：「法德GDP數據悽慘，制裁（俄羅斯）的衝擊還來不及反映在上季數據上，可以想見制裁衝擊計入後數據會有多慘。」
 
多數經濟學家認為歐銀今年祭出QE（Quantitative Easing，量化寬鬆）機率僅15%，明年推出機率也僅稍高於30%。（于倩若／綜合外電報導）
