想問一下版上的前輩
警察透過民眾所提供的行車記錄器開單
那麼提供的那一方 是否涉及各人資法 妨礙秘密罪 議題
畢竟未經過我同意將相關資料提供給警察

雖然 警察屬執法機關 給警察單位 屬正常行為

但是 提供行車記錄畫面 未經過我同意 應屬違法吧

請指教
