如題～
有些魚友真的很沒品，明明就已經100等以上了，還在偷單寶及寵物寶，而且不餵魚！
這些沒品的魚友，又不能在臉書上刪他好友。難道就不能在魚缸中給他一些制裁嗎!!？

如果能出個最恨魚友管理，把不想讓他進入自己魚缸的惡質魚友，排除在外。那麼開心水族箱，才真是名符其實的開心水族箱。
