春水堂不退費 消保官「譴責」

春水堂部分產品染上問題油品，業者今天下午提出回饋措施，全商品半價三天，但不提供退費。台中市法制局主任消保官康馨壬提出譴責，「只要是問題產品，業者在台中就得退費」，不該把風險轉嫁消費者，消費者若提申訴，將協助打團體訴訟。

康馨壬說，她相信春水堂也是受害者，但選擇原物料的是廠商，不能把風險轉嫁消費者，「半價回饋是無意義的，哪有產品出了問題後，補償措施是要消費者再花錢？簡直匪夷所思」。

康馨壬說，春水堂應該適度給予退費，該如何退？要退給誰？業者可以思考，應該提出善意回應，而不是變相的半價促銷活動。

她強調，春水堂是知名品牌，消費者信賴商譽而消費，如今出現問題產品，選擇原物料的是廠商，不該讓消費者承擔；本案屬於民事損害賠償，消費者若提出申訴，市府會協助打團體訴訟。
