美聯社報導，美國總統歐巴馬24日在聯合國大會上說，他將建立一個「瓦解死亡網絡」的聯盟。

歐巴馬告訴參與聯大的各國領袖說，像激進組織伊斯蘭國（IS）這樣的殺手唯一了解的語言，就是「武力的語言」。歐巴馬還警告已加入IS的人說，「趁著還有機會，離開戰場」。
