今年國慶寶寶的爸爸　多3天假！

今年國慶寶寶的爸爸有小確幸了！原本勞工僅能在配偶分娩當日前後合計5天內挑3天請陪產假，但若期間遇到國定假日、周休等，假形同被「吃掉」；但勞動部最快將在下周一公告修正「性別工作平等法施行細則」條文，將請陪產假期限放寬至「分娩當日及其前後15天內」都可請，代表寶寶在今年國慶日出生的爸爸們，原本10月12日就必須請完陪產假，放寬到10月24日前都可請，形同實質多3天假。
 
勞動部官員舉例，原本今年國慶寶寶的爸爸，因國慶日當天是周五、周六、周日3天連假，依舊規定可能請不到額外的陪產假；但新規定實施後，這3天陪產假可選擇接在國慶連假之後接著放，最遲只要在分娩當日及後14天內請完3天皆可。
 
勞動部官員說，新規定預計將於下周一公告，下周三實施；但只要在下周一當天起生小孩的爸爸都可適用新規定。若依新規定計算，下周三當天生小孩的爸爸，可因此實質多1天陪產假，下周四當天生小孩的爸爸則可實質多2天陪產假。（唐鎮宇／台北報導）
