標題[問題] 週週休、隔週休的平均時薪

標題不知道怎麼下舉個例子如果說隔週休，平日8h，隔週六4h，雙週84h 變成週休，平日8.5h，雙週85h(被多凹一h) 被多凹1h就算了平均時薪也變低，加班費也就更低原本是N/30/8變成N/30/8.5 (N如果是30就差7元，越高差越多) 從隔週休變成週休，資方反而賺到員工表面上可以週週休，實際上加班費反而更低這樣是不是很奇怪啊 ?
