勝華科技宣布聲請重整後，連3天跳空跌停，今天開盤跌停3.92元。

勝華16日成交量放大至18萬3482張，外資更買超11萬9834張。

勝華13日宣布，董事會通過擬向法院聲請重整，及保全處分，避免債權人強制處分生產線，以維持正常營運，穩定獲利來源。

勝華因宣布重整訊息，股票自14日起改為分盤交易，且須全額交割。(中央社)
